We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist who can build scalable, intelligent models, extract meaningful insights, and shape the way organizations use AI to drive decision-making. If you thrive on solving complex problems, experimenting with large datasets, and pushing the limits of AI-driven analytics, we want you on our team.


What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and deploy machine learning models that drive actionable insights.

  • Develop predictive analytics and optimization algorithms to enhance business performance.

  • Create data pipelines and integrate models into production-ready environments.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to scale AI solutions efficiently.

  • Analyze large datasets, extract key trends, and communicate findings in a way that drives decision-making.

  • Evaluate new AI techniques and frameworks, continuously improving our approach.

  • Work closely with product and business teams to ensure AI solutions are practical and high-impact.


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI research.

  • Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, and machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

  • Experience in developing and deploying ML models in production.

  • Hands-on experience with data pipeline development and cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-driven mindset.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication skills—translating complex models into clear, actionable insights.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with LLMs, vector databases, or fine-tuning models.

  • Familiarity with MLOps practices for scalable AI deployments.

  • Background in time-series forecasting, NLP, or optimization algorithms.

  • Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Snowflake, or similar).
